If they took seroquel, they even can’t walk or wake up.
They become sedated
I also do think they would sleep all day through.
They would became normal mode after 5year but until that time they can have same side effects like us
Wish some would, maybe then they would become NICE and normal.
It’s a long slow road, but worth it. Many become discouraged & give up on meds. In I’m my 17th month & finally feeling some level of normalcy, but I still have symptoms & stress sends me down the scary rabbit hole. Also. My meds have been manipulated 6 times. It takes a long time to find the right cocktail of meds & it’s different for us all, but sticking with it & being consistent with your meds is the best course of action. My paranoia is gone finally & voices are manageable.
Eventually you become acclimated to seroquel & no longer feel comatose. But my niece was put on Invega; no grogginess & 3.5 mos later she is doing anazing!
Honestly I don’t think that “Normal” people should be on an Antipsychotic, especially if they suffer with depression or anxiety.
I can see people with violent or aggressive tendencies being on an Antipsychotic.
I am glad that my father who has violent tendencies agreed to take the Risperdal prescribed to him by his psychiatrist.
I personally have been on a whole lot of different Antipsychotics.
I really function a lot better when I am not taking them as Maintenance.
Right now I am on a low dose of Risperdal but my psychiatrist said that this is temporary.
Depakote is really the most effective medication that I have been on.
Without Depakote I can easily become unstable.
I have been cycling a bit lately, so I may have to go on a higher dose of Depakote.
I see my pdoc soon.
Ooops. Misread the topic; thought you were, asking if people on seroquel ever become normal. My “normie” friend was given low dose seroquel for insomnia. It helped her immensely
Yeah it would be (super sedated). I hate that about medications.
I would hope I am the normal people who take anti psychotics. I don’t know, may be I pretended to be insane to get diagnosed. I do hope so.
Sounds like you can’t make up your mind today…which can usually be a symptom of stress.
Hey my brother @moonlee have U gained any weight on Seroquel…!!!
Yes, I am a little bit sleepy, it is 2AM over here.
try to sleep plumber, you sure could use it.
May be 3AM…I have some more things to figure out.
Try for 3am, then wake at a good time before the afternoon and just keep studying what you need to find a better direction and decision. I wouldn’t do any decision making on such low sleep, though. Try to sleep bro!
