I don’t want to be a downer but for thyroid medications that is not true. Generic dissolves into the system differently from the non generic.
They’re the same, but the generics have different fillers. It almost never an issue though.
Did your pharmacist or Dr tell you this?

They’re supposed to tell you and to adjust the dosage if they’re less effective. Ask your Dr and pharmacist about it.
My information comes from my endocrinologist and pharmacist, dude. I was on generic, and as it was non effective I was switched to name brand and it is more effective. I’m not saying this without knowing what I’m talking about.

With concerta there is a big difference. Drs almost always give people the brand name. I’m not sure why they don’t fix it
