cops blocked our street since 30min and their sirenes are still on, theyre right infront of my house i can see them i hope there isn’t a criminal nearby, once they came to our backyard looking for a criminal who is hiding

Part of my positive symptoms is that I hallucinate police sirens so when I hear them I dont know if they are real or not

I hear sirenes every day several times. I live close to the police station and they like to put their sirenes on.
I’ve gotten used to it, but I don’t like the noise.

They used to make me anxious because my father was not exactly law abiding all the time. He would smoke cannabis while driving and a lot of times his car was not legal for the road. It made me anxious just to get in the car with him.

Police cars don’t bother me, but ambulances freak me out.
I don’t like being around police in person though, cause their guns freak me out.
