Yea. I make copycat PF Changs lettuce wraps. I went there before and loved it but it’s too far from me and too expensive.

in my first marriage we would copycat McMuffins at home, canadian bacon, american cheese, two toasted Muffins and hard cooked fried egg…delicious…will have to do that again…thanks for reminding me.

With organ meat I mainly just fry it up with some butter and garlic. Works on hearts livers and all sorts of things. It’s simple easy and really tasty.
