Those are a few that I can think of.
How about ashwaganda? It’s good for vitality I think and is ages old and proven
I thought that was more for anxiety / stress etc
Do you take it? What effects have you noticed
I’m not 100% Sure. I believe it helps people adapt to stress…it’s an invigorating herb like ginger and I think ginsing which I guess could help with lack of motivation and fatigue … I’m not an expert just from what I’ve gathered.
I don’t take it currently, partly because I haven’t had the money for it so I couldn’t say. But tbh I think I should take it
I won’t write a wall of text but in terms of herbs it’s related to the air element, color red and general good cardiovascular (heart, lungs, blood) health.
I see, i took it a little bit awhile ago. But not for long either. Same reasons, but more so bc motivation to keep taking it wasnt there.
My only noticeable benefit for the short duration i took it was anxiety reduction

My friend took it
