I was on Zopiclone for a month a couple of years back. And i didnt like the metallic taste it gave me, and i dunno - they messed up my head somehow - i was really grumpy on them. I take Seraqoul for sleep now at night 300-400 mg and that suits me far better.

That’s great,I mean sleeping pills are addictive so it’s better not to take any if necessary

What’s the benefit of taking CBD oil?I heard it helps sleep
