I’m not sure!
I hear muttering that I can’t understand. Doesn’t happen all the time. Often hear it in the radio or music.
I get anxious at just the word ‘podcast’. I think listening to voices coming out of a device deliberately would be terrible. They come at me from the radio already.

I heard voices and had conversations with them, but it was all inside my head.

I never heard voices out loud, like when someone is talking to me.

Yes. Both externally, coming from my fan, and internally. One of them was nice so I always talked with him. The rest make me feel like ■■■■ and scare me.

I hear voices and see where they are coming from. Can’t always tell when I am hallucinating. I talk to strangers in my house and some are old hat that I see often.

If I see strangers in my house I assume I am hallucinating but if I am out and about no way to know for sure.

I mostly hear music and a louder voice that sounds like mine but isnt coming from me. Im hearing other faint voices under the music but i cant tell what theyre saying. They sound stupid and mocking.

Spirits and angels. Picking on me or calling me chosen, telling me to wake up, calling my name.

Meds have cut them down greatly, but I still get breakthroughs. I have a PRN for those days.

Stress, lack of sleep, shows, anything really, can trigger them. I just have to be careful about my sensory and media input.

They still plague me til this day. Ive been sza for at least fifteen years. Idk I’m not keeping up no more. I wonder if my pdoc can raise my perphenazine a little.

All the time, mostly vague crowd sounds but sometimes scares the sht out of me my name RIGHT IN MY EAR fck’s me up big time sometimes right along with I feel a hand on my shoulder man it’s scary as sh*t

Yeah frequently at night mostly. Sometimes I get lucky and have a good day where I get silence for a couple hours.
