I don’t think it’s the right word since I actually believed it and wasn’t faking purposefully, but it’s the closest I could find. When I was in psychosis I believed I was blind. I would say this to friends who knew very well I was blind and even used a cane as if I were. I’m very embarrassed that I acted like that and I wanted to see if anyone else ever had anything like this so I could at least feel less alone.
I’ve read schizophrenia can cause similar symptoms as fictitious disorders. I did some of that behavior as a teen and early adult. Not proud of it either but I read it happens in prodromal most often

Yes I had the Münchausen syndrom when they had me on a chimneyfull of antipsychotics. And although I collected more and more dept because of eating junk and smoking 90 High quality cigarets I thought that I had a 1K and was a millionaere. Now were Ive realized that I have that much dept that no kreditor would lent me more money Ive lowered my ciggs to two packs a day.
Now were I`ve come to my senses again after quitting an antipsychotics two years ago that always made me irretated and manic I now finally am on Ground Zoro.
