What’s the difference between delirium and psychosis?
Both can have delusions and hallucinations.

Is delirium organic psychosis?
I experienced delirium before my sz from alcohol intoxication. I was hearing voices. I feel that I am mildly experiencing it now with covid19, yesterday I had visual hallucinations, shadows, mainly when fever is high. (Was 37.6C).

Yeah I think delirium is organic in nature.

Delirium is a term I usually attach to fevers. They are synonyms I think.
