No, you’re doing it backwards. When you’re unwell, that’s when you need extra support. When you’re well, then you don’t need it as much. There are people here all over the spectrum of functionality.

Hello, you have not been active on this forum quite a while and it is such a shame that I missed all discusses I’m having the same kind of struggles and I even got away from my home country to New Zealand where people speak different language. it might help me out of trouble cause people don’t understand what i’m thinking about on my mind. But unfortunately, people can feel it without any language… I’m still suffering from the same trouble even living in a completely different country. It’s ruining my life… And I’m even afraid to go to places with many people around… It seems like you’re doing very well and if you can see the reply, plese get back to me. Thanks a lot.
