When you are going through some bad stuff, it is generally the worst time to cut off a support network. I suggest pausing it if you are overwhelmed right now so that we are still there later if you need us. It also saves you from having to jump through creating a new account and new user restrictions, etc., if you decide to come back.
We will of course honour your request to anonymize after two weeks if that is what you are certain you want.

Just dial your posts back a notch if you feel you are too committed to the forum. You’re a very refreshing poster and it would be a shame to lose you.

You should stay, you’re very well liked here. And also, the community will be of use to you in times of difficulty. I had an older account and did the same as you, I left and came back a year later.
There was no point me leaving and the community has helped me accept and come to terms with having schizophrenia

Honestly, people here helped me accept my condition also. Overall, I like the fact that there are no too much of us - and most people here are very nice, warm and friendly. I love this place.
As yesterday I thought I am leaving, I was thinking honestly very deeply…and I already started feeling regret. I am used to this place!! @AppleKidd
Honestly, I am not sure whether people like me here, but I truly feel good here.

I really hope you just take a break and come back. You contribute a lot to the forum, and you’re well liked.
Hopefully during the 2 weeks you have to wait to delete your account you decide to stay or just take a break.
If life is hard, that’s when you need support the most

You can PM me anytime you are struggling. I have 20 year old daughters, so I know a bit about this age group…and believe it or not, I was actually 20 years old once myself…a lifetime ago!
