u are not pathetic bro, u are actually doing better than me in stop smoking for what u say, just have a smoke with fewer frequency, three days its already quite a mark comparing to heavy smokers. take it easy on yourself witouth being undisciplined

I can see how that would be true…I used to do cocaine back in my senior year of high school…I couldn’t afford it, so it was easy to stop that.

Drinking is going to make it harder to quit. Your inhibitions go down and you are more likely to talk into old habits. I am trying to quit smoking right now too. I cracked yesterday and had a cigarette but I still went the longest in years without a cigarette. If we keep trying we will eventually quit!
I simply am going to have to accept that I am now a nonsmoker and when I drink I won’t let myself give in to that old stimulant / depressant spell.
As long as you are able to put in extra effort you can do it!
