But in a nice, therapeutic way. Am pretty sedated but I would choose sedation over agitation any day of the week

Depixol (flupenthixol/fluanxok) depot and oral quetiapine
Depixol is an typical? Is it drowsy or non drowsy? Why you added quetiapine? I found quetiapine awful as it made me zombie with akathisia

Yeah depixol is a typical. I require polypharmacy. Have tried pretty much every AP available in my country. Been on clozapine for years at a time but still treatment resistant.
Can’t remember how I ended up on these meds but they are far and away the most effective meds I have been on
Yeah quetiapine is sedating but sadly that, for me, is better than the alternative
What symptoms you are aiming to remove with quetiapine?

Alnon I’m on an old depo as well and Seroquel and another atypical too. I like the sedation from Seroquel but I don’t like that my tommy has grown disproportionately big. I’m considered treatment resistant as well and my main antipsychotic is the depot. I’ve tried Clozapine in 1998 and that worked excellent t but it came with its own set of side effects so I quit that after half a year.
