Broke a record!

So today I walked my 11,500 steps by lunch ( 45 minutes of walking )…and after lunch I rode a push bike around the block for 30 minutes. I didn’t go very fast but I did it ! Working on more exercise and noticing some good feedback through better concentration!

Yay me!
