You can do it! Detoxing sucks, but it’s worth it

I need sugar. And hot wings. The hot wings are unrelated but i need something to ease the cravings

If it works for you, go for it

When I was going through withdrawal, I chainsmoked so much I could almost light one cigarette with the previous one, and I binge-ate everything once the nausea subsided.

Have you ever been to rehab? Maybe that would help. Maybe in rehab they can give you something to help with withdrawal.

don’t know if it works though

I remember I would keep saltines nearby at all times. They’re crunchy and light and the salt helped my nausea for some reason. Sparkly water or whatever it’s called also helped.

I ate small meals, because if I ate too much I’d get sick, but I made sure to eat more frequently so my bloodsugar wouldn’t get too low.

You got this! For nausea lay on your left side it helps for some reason. Also you can try the BRAT diet for a couple days. (Bananas, Rice, Applesauce, Toast) its very easy on the stomach. I get sick a lot and I find it helps me.

I read somewhere that when you eat something sweet like ice cream, it will help ease the craving for alcohol.

Its cause alcohol is broken down as a sugar in the body so when u drink ur taking in a lot of sugar so when u stop ur body lacks the sugar its used to

well, stay strong!

Quitting alcohol was one of the best things I did for me. Now I only drink occasionally and I kind of don’t like it a lot anymore.
