There are def some cute, real women on there. It’s just hard to tell sometimes without clicking on their profile. I wish you the best of luck, and my best advice is to keep things lighthearted. At least at first

People have way high expectations when they are dating on the internet. Everyone wants the perfect man or woman. Hence the fakery with filters on the pictures et al.
To me, dating online - is that who wins, is the person that can spin the better bull crap.
Believe it or not. There was a time - when you would meet their parents for approval - put a shirt and tie on - and take them out to dinner like a gentleman, and escort them home, hoping you get that “goodnight” kiss at the end of the evening
And it was all done without the internet.

I told my x boyfriend that I have schizophrenia, herpes and hpv on the first date and he said “do you see me running “.
He stayed the night that first date and we had sex.
We were together two years.
I told my other x these things about me before we even had met yet he rode his motorbike for days to meet me on our first date.
He stayed four days then I flew to him a couple months later anc eventually moved interstate to live with him and I brought my fur baby too.
I don’t think stuff like that will scare the right person off.
My last meeting with tbe man I’m interested in i told him I’m schizophrenic and he didn’t walk away from me.
He said usually he probably would have walked away not wanting drama a schizophrenic can bring to table but I think he liked my aura or something.
I’m single but I’m interested in this man.

i cant do that but i know what you mean, i joined a walking group but idk if i can do that because of my fatigue, like i went for a small walk tonight and took rests but i still felt drained after it.

We were happy together two years.
Being together was always lovely it’s being apart that got to us because he ghosted me when he was at home depressed and i didn’t take being ghosted in the end.
I put up with it two years but when he also stood me up with out cancelling it was enough there.
