You are as accomplice in a relationship dynamic as the other person.
You could manage to forge what you want with it, probably not with talking but with actions.
I’m just saying that if you accomodate everytime to the other person, you won’t be satisfied.
Maybe @dreamer54 thought you were waiting for the girl to initiate this playful sadism…and simply says you can be the initiator too? Or do I think too simple now?

I loved Berlin! 
It has this rough and alternative style. And a ton of history.
I personally like a few of our smaller cities better than Amsterdam.
