Fair enough. I guess that’s why your wife accepted you and your outdoors like personality in the mountains.
I’m a woman, so I don’'t really have any advice.
Actually, I’m curious how long people wait while they’re dating before they disclose SZ/SZA?
Deception does occur whether one tells the truth or avoids a certain question or topic.
I was three weeks in when I emptied all the skeletons out of my closet.
And how did they take it?
Our 23rd wedding anniversary is this coming July.
That’s SO very cool and nice to hear.
Well, there are a few men that you’ve dated who were not to your liking that had to be deceived because they did not suit you. I doubt all men who have approached you were satisfactory.
You project and assume a LOT
It’s called delusions. I am schizophrenic you know.
Delusions have nothing to do with making assumptions about someone’s dating life. Try again.
That’s a cop out if there ever was one.
I found my singles ad:
"Doofy guy looking for for doofy gal to have long walks and do doofy things with. Single moms with doofy kids not a problem, and doofy kids welcomed with love.
Also: There will be chocolate chip cookies, but they are not doofy because chocolate is a serious matter."
I don’t understand the phrase, “cop out”. What is the definition of these two words combined?
It means “big excuse.”
And that’s what it was— using mental illness as a big excuse to pry, assume, and then backtrack.
Not cool bruh.
Sole piece of advice I’d like to give is:
Don’t wear your heart on your sleeve. Be ready to back off if you notice red flags.
We already suffer quite a bit owing to the illness. People with a big heart do exist out there, but they’re not the norm. My experience.
Some people keep law enforcement officers as pets. You need to exercise them regularly if you don’t want to get pepper sprayed. (Take your “cop out” for walks.) Also, no feeding them after midnight or getting them wet or your pet turns into a SWAT team.
@shutterbug lol, I am barely “copin” with your humor.
That’s why I do not comprehend certain “slang” from the English language. Mental Illness is an excuse with a psychiatrist backing of course.
I understand this statement.
