D-alanine anyone tried?

Has anyone taken or found a supplier for this?

I read about it in the supplement section on the forum.

It’s for negative symptoms

I’ve only seen L-Alanine and not D-alanine.

I’m not even sure if it matters whether it is in L or D form. D is just the reverse image of L

Level u can try iit…

I will try the L alanine for a few months

As far as I know, alanine is hypothesized to work for schizophrenia for the same reason that sarcosine is, so it’s a waste of time and money to go with alanine over sarcosine since sarcosine is more effective at the NMDA receptor.
