I’ve decided on only taking my L-Theanine as needed instead of daily. I’m going to only try taking when I feel particularly anxious from my caffeine pills or whatever the reason.
I hadn’t felt anxious in a long time until I started taking caffeine pills. I guess I just am not used to caffeine anymore. oh well, I’m still going to take them. The positives outweigh the negatives.
