It was in the news a couple of weeks ago that more Finns in their teenage years feel bad and many must go to psych wards for getting psych treatment. So @Crystal-Cotton you are not alone feeling bad. It is these modern times.

i only was “delusional” not a danger to anyone or myself
but you were a danger to others… you had thoughts of killing people.
i was in psych ward 2 times each for 4 months. But it always took a long time to stabilize a bit…
i didnt have thoughts of killing anyone back then
ah i don’t know then… i don’t think you have to have thoughts of hurting others or yourself to be accepted in the psych ward… if things go really bad they will take you in too.

how do you know if you were only slightly delusional? Maybe they thought differently and found you delusional.

yes i occasionally have those thoughts 
hopefully the increase of the meds help you soon
