Has anyone else been having crazy dreams?
Mine have been very sexual and specific and totally off the wall lately.
I am not sure if it’s related to schizophrenia or meds but man they are some crazy dreams!
I had a bunch of really cool fun dreams the night before but this night I had a horrible nightmare where everyone’s moms were disappearing, I was back in my old house where all my worst trauma happened, and then some crazy murderer lady was chasing me with a knife. It took me a while to fall back asleep after that one.
My therapists told me that when we have crazy dreams it means we are processing powerful emotions and things.
I’ve had strange dreams and nightmares ever since my first psychotic break 5 years ago.
Yes. I had predictive dreams. Dreams that told me stuff i knew, but suppressed, as well. Horrible nightmares of which i surely hope they arent predictive, cause they were a confrontation with my deepest fears. And just weird crazy dreams.
Since psychosis i dream more vividly.
I have crazy dreams, it feels like I spend years inside them, sometimes it’s wondrous adventures, other times it gets darker. I don’t like to dream

I don’t like to dream either.
It reminds me of psychosis somehow. Basically my mind doing stuff without my voluntary consent

Part of me thinks it’s my psychosis being active in my sleep. Some nights I’m fine

That is kinda how I feel too, the dreams are very intense.
