Cooking healthy food is so much effort

Agree? But we gotta do it.

Not really. Meat you can eat almost raw, and veggies aren’t that hard to cook…

Depends how high standards you set. Using frozen precut veggies isn’t that much work. But ofcourse fresh is more healthy.

I though it was the other way around. Meat needs to be cooked, veggies can be eaten raw. I didn’t cook my veggies today cause I’ve read it’s ok to eat raw + its too much effort with negatives.

A pressure cooker and an oil spray are handy to have.

I hate raw meat, there is an arabic dish made from extra lean ground beef and its eaten raw

Meat you can put 2 minutes both sides in a pan. Undercooked is tasty lol.

You shouldn’t eat meat raw, you could get serious bacterial infections.

I didn’t say raw, but undercooked

I don’t find it to be an effort, but I am fairly skilled in the kitchen now.

I don’t enjoy making food, but I can’t make my diet go to hell. Today I cooked some chicken and I left some in the fridge so tomorrow I don’t need to cook.

I have a steamer for veggies you just bung them in for twenty minutes
I haven’t used it for a while because I opt for easy ready meals because of anxiety but I’m hoping to start using it again

IDK, I cook all kinds of food and some of it’s healthy. The hardest part is prepping by cutting up the meat and vegetables but that usually only takes anywheres from 5-15 minutes. Not so hard. My Instant pot makes cooking a lot easier and faster.
