I eat them raw cause sometimes I don’t have the motivation to cook them. Will I get the health benefits of eating them raw?
I googled and some say yes, others say they are hard to digest and can cause problems.
You will get more nutrients when you eat them raw. You lose nutrients when you cook food.
I read that they cause more gas when raw, but hold more nutrients (and possibly some insects are hiding out in them).

They’re good for you raw. But if your stomach gets upset eating them raw, it’s ok to cook them. You’ll still get a lot of the benefits

I would never eat them raw, but that’s me
I avoid fresh produce and tend to buy frozen veggies instead.
I don’t like the idea of other shoppers and employees using their unwashed hands to handle fresh produce.
I have severe OCD
I only enjoy broccoli when it’s cooked. Don’t like eating it raw lol.
