What are you confident in? What are you confident about?
That I will do as taught by my mother and father to “do the right thing” (morally). Take care of yourself the best your able (so you don’t become an unnecessary burden to others).
Be true to myself (without hurting others). To tell the truth, not take things that arn’t mine, and receive things because i’ve earned them (that way, no one can take them from you, in other words, don’t fear hard work).
Be pure,
Be vigilant,
And behave. (Hehehe)
Sounds corny maybe, but this has let me stand on my own two feet and never doubt myself and my abilities in the face of others attempts to tear me down.

im confident about my ability to perform in work- I am an excellent student. I also lift weights, so I feel confident about the way I look.
I’m confident that I am slowly getting well. Today I found myself looking forward to the next day for the first time since I can remember. The dread of the new day is going away.

I just got my grades back…3.96 GPA. I take my intelligence for granted. It’s probably the best thing I have going for me.
