Yeah, right. Then I’ll be on an up all night, sleep all day, sleeping schedule. No thanks. My pdoc told me that If I can’t sleep at night I need to force myself to stay up all day so I can sleep the following night.

I go without sleeping an awful lot. I’ve been this way my whole life. I can’t ever get used to it. It’s a miserable life. But, unlike in years past, I no longer worry about it.

I like to take good care of my sleep. I take Anxiar(lorazepam) in my country when needed. Do you take benzos @Loke

I don’t take anything for sleep. I usually don’t fall asleep until 2am and wake up around 8. I guess it’s not that bad
