Coming to the conclusion today that i'm better off dead

I’ve been going to the movies a lot and it’s really changing me. I saw ant-man in 3D, train wreck and recently mission impossible. Movies help you focus on something else, try watching comedy on the tv. music also lifts my moods, especially now that maybe I’m going through depression, I’m not sure. Eating your favourite meals also increases endorphins. On sunny days, I just lay in the sun for several hours. try doing things you enjoy. I just ordered sarcosine, did you try that/
