I’m on 200mg. Pdoc increased my dose by 25mg weekly until my psychosis was fixed. Take as low dose as possible. SIde effects are dose dependent.

Plus u need to check TLC/DLC/ANC weekly initially to check if values r down or not then bi-weekly, then once a month. If values are below normal, u need to stop clozapine.

I take 450mg but lowering my lithium and slowly raising my clozapine to get to 600mg.
I find it helpful. The side effects from clozapine are drowsy and drool at night. Ì have far more side effects from other meds. Ì have med resistant sza.

I take 200mg in the morning and 300mg in the evening. It helps. :camel::camel::camel:

I take 225 at night and 100 in morning
It helps but hasn’t been the wonder drug they raved about
I get a really good sleep at night
