It seems like my ocd is worsening on clozapine and studies agree ocd flares up in some patients on clozapine. Its hard to stop a med which had you stable for 6 years. But my ocd is very bad now.
Is there any other antipsychotic as powerful as clozapine which i can try ?

Loxapine is chemically related to clozapine. I’m on it. I think it helps when nothing else would.
just wondering, what are your symptoms?
I have mild OCD and I take clozapine as well. Obsessional OCD and intrusive thoughts from thought broadcast. But also some checking OCD as in did I lock the door or shut my car lights off.
What other AP’s have you tride? Clozapine is often effective when others have failed, there isn’t another on it’s level. You could look into a med for OCD.
I think it is not possible to change clozapine since its been 6 years on it I have no psychosis or paranoia ever since.
My OCD symptoms are doubts and fear of contamination.
Quitiapine may be alternative
I have history of seizures like when i was 9 years old. Quetiapine just worsens my myoclonic jerks and partial seizure
Seizures happened to me with this drug so i take tegretol 200 with it every day as my doctor prescribed to me
Anyway you better discuss this topic with your doctor
