This is very interesting. I’m on olanzapine which is related to cloazapine.

I recently experimented with tryptophan to increase serotonin levels. And when I did all my OCD symptoms vanished. It is more than likely that the drugs supress serotonin to a unhealthy low level.

Turns out I can’t use Tryptophan on a regular basis because it somehow interacts with AP. But I think I will try to use Tryptophan as a PRN. If the OCD gets too bad I can take a tryptophan capsule every now and then.

I think they treat ocd with anti-depressants.
