Is it possible that 200mg not, but 300 mg clozapine would help me?
Yes, it could. But, more doesn’t necessarily mean better. There is trial and error.

I’m on 300 mg. I probably need more, but I worry that I won’t be able to stop sleeping if I get an increase.
Yes that may very well be a possibility that 300 works and that 200 mgs don’t work at all. when I was on 600 mgs Clozapine 30 years ago it totally removed my psychosis and after half a year I went down to 400 mgs and relapsed.

I am worried I will need to increase… especially because the side effects are awful.

I know Pandy you see I had to raise my seroquel from 600 to 750 and I too was scared of side effects but after one week my body got ajusted to the new dose and you will also ajust to a higher dose and probably not get more sideneffects.
