Has anybody tried this combination,I’m on 150 mg of clozapine and 400 mg amisulpride…what I’m worried about is that I’m still delusional and experience hallucinations
Are you titrating up on the clozapine?
Yes what bothers me is that they increase the clozapine up by 25 mg per week…it’s such a low dose that I don’t feel any improvement on it
I think you have to get to 300 mgs before you can really judge it. From what I’ve read on here about people on clozapine they improve slowly over several weeks to months. So I think you have to give it time.
It’s going to take six weeks before I get there…it’s really testing my patience
I feel for you. I am sorry it is taking so long to get relief. Have you tried L-theanine? It is supposed to improve positive symptoms.

I was on 800, even 1200 mg amisulpride but it couldn’t keep my madness under control.
Which med got your psychosis under control?
risperidone did…
