Clozapine is great. I should have taken it ages ago. Things just look clearer. I feel calm. Don’t cry myself to sleep because of nasty voices
I took part of my bedtime dose early and will take the rest at bedtime. No regrets.
I see my psych in less than a week and I’ll ask for an afternoon or evening dose to be added. Best wishes to you all.

I’m glad it worked for you! I started taking 25 mg three days ago and haven’t noticed any effect yet, but that’s because I started very recently. But I think clozapine has a different effect than other antipsychotics because it blocks D2 weakly but has a high affinity for D4. (The other antipsychotics don’t have affinity for D4, clozapine being the only one.)

I’m now at 200mg clozapine since I restarted it. No problems with my heart as of yet, and it seems to be reducing the severity of the Voices. I feel calmer in my mind on it. I like it more than the Cobenfy i was on, it just works better than anything!
Cobenfy didn’t help you with the negative symptoms?
