Trihexyphenidyl. It works very well. Whenever my perphenezine is raised, I have difficulty swallowing anything. Now I have no problem.

I’ve never had that side effect, maybe you’re not eating enough/smoking too much ?
My guess, could be the APs maybe.

Well now I am also choking on food. I read its due to low dopamine affecting swallowing reflex and muscles. 6mg Risperidone is blocking too much dopamine. I need to try that Trihexyphenidyl or go back to 3-4mg Risperidone.
