I haven’t had any new cheeses since our last cheese discussion… but I still love cheese and enjoy cheese talks and cheesy jokes… let the cheesening begin…lol

My dad used to make for us grilled potatoes
I do not remember the cheese he used but
cheese
salted butter
corn
mayonaise
grilled to perfection on charcoal
My favourite cheese is spiced one
Gouda with Cumin I think
i’m feeling for mozzarella sticks, right about now.
