I see where it might have its place. Especially for things like vet visits and such if a cat bites.

Of course needs to be cat safe though otherwise it’s just cruel

Cruel.

I would never muzzle Charlie or Tigger. How the heck would a cat even tolerate a muzzle?

That looks horrible. No way would i put that on Percy. He has a harness round his body when i take him
out but thats only for his safety.

What about a muzzle on people?

Funny how that seems more palatable to people.

Bet more would be in favor of that.

Cruel. Never a good thing. I’m not a fan of declawing either. It’s a horrible thing to do to a cat.

Have some kindness people.

Never seen them. Didnt know they existed. The upper type: cruel. Should be forbidden, scary. The below one, where it has room to breathe and see etcetera, i wonder if it could be used in exceptional circumstances, e.g. to allow medical treatment on a feral cat that can not otherwise be treated. I dont know enough about it though, so cant judge.

It makes me think of four point restraints, somehow. I suspect it is just as stressful for the cat, and you should be just as cautious using it.
