Hey I’m on the same. 
Trying to focus on getting sleepy, but I’m awake and it doesn’t help the house settles so loudly.
Have you tried counting your breaths? Let yourself lose count and just start over…
Then let the backdrop start entertaining you… when it ain’t pleasant just count. Doesn’t work all the time… but desperate times evoke a whole lot of strength…
Sz ain’t real… most confusing thing for a schizophrenic to try and process.
