The reason is cause life makes me run around constantly and I forgot what I want and can’t fulfill me needs and do healing from stress
I make lists and write things down to help me manage. Maybe you could do the same?

lists can be a good idea.
taking one hour on one day every week to just do something you need to do might help.
taking one hour of one day a week to do something you want to do is a nice way of doing something for yourself.
