I’ve been eating way too many bags of doritos. Cookies and chocolate too.
Try and cross one off the list, but not all three. When you want to have the chocolate have a piece of fresh fruit instead. If you just remove a habit you leave a hole. When you replace the bad habit with a better one you’ll find in a couple of months the cookie craving is now a banana craving (really!).
No words of wisdom but just wanted to say I’m right there with you. I need to lose at least 40 pounds until I can go to the next level of my plan.
I believe in you. You can do it.

What helped me in losing weight was analyzing my habits. It’s not an instant fix. I ate junkfood everyday but also moved a lot so once I quit that I lost 17kg. I am now in the process of cutting out chocolate and snack attacks. Swap sugary drinks to diet or just plain coffee/thee/water

I used an online calculator that takes in considerstion your age, weight, sex, height and activity level and tells you how many calories you need for weight loss. Here’s my results below
