I’m sorry for dropping like this into subject…
I’m medium old and obese…
Problem is that I can’t do anything, just done streching and I feel tired and got palpitations…
What to do? I have artificial hip and can’t do majority of exercises.
Also, I doubt my heart could bare it…
Maybe some advice how to start from scratch…

Stretching is a great start and maybe light walking not far just a little to start with

Water aerobics or swimming could be good exercises for you.
Or maybe a gentle walk.
Could you get physio therapy exercises?

Didn’t want to push it up more…
