my bad voices are getting to me now there is so many of them screaming and calling me name putting me down the good voices seem to be gone ended up self harming av ■■■■■■ one of my hands so i am typeing with one hand so sorry if my spelling is bad , also battred my head with that one hand , screamming the house down got my hand fixed up by my partner , not going to A and E there too busy right now because of covid and others need more help than me , il live , plus A and E triggers the ■■■■ out of me , see my psych on the 1st of march , i cant cope with the news and other ■■■■ going on in the world right now , my mental health seems to be ■■■■ long time coming too big build up of ■■■■ , i dont talk about , i would go and see the crisis team but they say i dont hear voices there thought was made to sit in a room with them refused to let my partner who is also my carer he was out the house when i self harmed the crisis team then presured me into not getting help never going back there toild my psych about she says i hear voices cant get crisis help now dont trust them so i just have to cope but i really cant but that dont matter i dont matter my psych is very busy and i dont want to take any appointment for anyone else who needs it more than i do .
