Can you stop drinking coffee?

I find I need it everyday. I don’t know if it’s the taste warmness or the energy boost.

I never drink coffee after I started to take med’s, but I do drink tea.

Coffee make my throat dry and acidic. GERD I suppose.

They had none at the health unit I was in. I had to go out and get some because all they had was this terrible fake coffee in little packets. I made the mistake of leaving it out for others to use. There was one woman there with full blown sz and she drank a bunch with too much sugar and was up acting out all night, giving the nurses a hard time. Eventual they made me put it all in urine sample jars in my room because they didn’t want me to have glass.

In theory? Yes.
In practice? I refuse to stop drinking coffee, it’s one of the few things that increase my quality of life.

I prefer tea. If I go out might have cappuccino but tea every day is important to me

I think I can stop drinking coffee but I’ve been drinking it for so long I think I’d get really bad withdrawals.

I think going off caffeine completely makes me depressed. I don’t need much though. 1-2 cups of tea daily keeps me content.

I don’t think I tried coffee until I was 18 or 19. I probably had a cold brew in a meal deal.

I miss it a lot.All I drink is energy drinks. I might buy some decaf tomorrow.

I think it’s good for you except in the late evenings when it could disrupt sleep.
