At least partially out of touch with reality. It depends how far gone you are. I don’t think you have insight or you would be in touch.

Yeah meds help with insight even if they don’t completely rid of symptoms.

Do you feel a lot of friction in getting along with other people? Is it hard to relate to them, like you’re on a different wavelength?

My insight degrades along with my health. No insight at all when floridly ill with psychosis. I think everything is real.
