Can you get PTSD from a psychotic trip?

I know I was shell shocked for many years

I would imagine so, it can be traumatic to a person.

after mine I was numb for years, left a deep wound scar on my soul

I think I have ptsd from the voices. It’s been 6 months since I heard a voice and I think about them everyday and can’t do any work

What were your voices like? Intelligent?

extreme fear and delusions plus depression caused my voices so I killed there feeding ground, now no more illness, I guess I am still damaged though, damaged meaning the scar it left on my mind/psyche
