Yes I think it helps to realize just how bad life can get and appreciate how peaceful(although boring) life is now

Yes I think it was god who gave us this gift. He opened our eyes to see how bad life can get and helped us appreciate life more

They told me to avoid death I could choice either schizophrenia bipolar or schizo affective disorders what I chose is what I got diagnosed with.
