Is it possible that schizophrenic symptoms like delusions reside over time?

Yes. Delusions can even completely go away.

Yes!! Delusions can most definitely go away completely but the trick is to hang in there. With time things get better at least they have for me. It also depends on the type of medication you take.
Yeah. I still suffer paranoia but I’ve been away from delusions for well over a decade! Meds do work well for me!

I still have delusions but I have learned to live with them. When you figure out your sick and need your meds things improve.
Unfortunately it took me several years to figure that out. I was really in and out of psychosis for about 7 years but now I am pretty stable. The negatives don’t go away though. You have to learn to live with them.
Probably but I hav tried going off my meds twice and relapsed both times
