I wanted to ask if delusions subside over long period of time, it has been 9 months when I was full blown psychotic and manic, my medication works fine, but stress and anxiety makes me delusional, but i still can understand my thoughts, will over the course the years i improve?
They will come and go, but usually less intense on meds for me…
