Cool. I actually have been cooking my beans for two days. I didn’t soak them so they’re taking forever to cook

Well I don’t have any bacon so I just put some pig fat from a pig my dad butchered.

I’m not a real good beans maker. I always either put too much salt or not enough. This time I threw in a few jalapeños and some tomato paste and some other spices. So far the broth is pretty good just waiting on the beans to cook.

Not usually but I’ve tasted chilies made this way,its really good. I prefer to cook the ground beef with spices ahead of time and let it simmer with beans and spaghetti sauce.
