Ducky one thing that seems to hold true for me is that as stable as you can get it, try to keep a sleep schedule. If you get your sleep messed up, try to get it back on track.
If you’re having sleep issues, in combination with your schizophrenia or psychotic disorder, bring it up, because it can affect it.
I also think that you need to identify when you feel the best during the day, and try to seize that moment for as much productive things you can do as you can.
Paranoia is a thing we see a lot on here. Its a real ear-worm kind of thing. I tell people often on here that you have to think about a few things and take it in perspective.
Are you participating in any criminal activity and have people from that community interested in your personal affairs?
Are you showing off an out of character for your region amount of wealth?
Are you in a relationship where someone has a vested interest in your financial affairs?
Cameras and surveillance do exist in our modern societies, the vast majority of which are there for the sole purpose of tracking criminal activity and monitoring theft from stores and loss prevention services by stores.
You are in general yes being watched, but many of these things are only interested in certain activities and triggered the monitoring by a coinciding theft report of vandalism or other crime.
Sometimes people out in the country experience theft, and they have deer cameras to catch neighbors that might attempt to steal things they can’t monitor all the time.
They’re all doing it for very normal reasonably normal any way, reasons.
If you have a criminal aspect to your life, I recommend leaving it behind and trying to reduce stress, because stress can exaggerate the problems we have.
