Buzzing hair off to start a new beginning

I’m going to buzz my hair off to start a new beginning on New Years Eve.
I’ll be doing this to signify a new beginning and it will help people to not notice me. I don’t want anyone to notice me.
It can signify all those negative things that I’ve experienced in 2016 to be gone forever. To start fresh.
It could be my new tradition. If I get too stressed out I’ll just buzz my hair off.

Has anyone else done something similar?

What do you mean buzz your hair off? Like this you mean?

People might think you’re a pop star and ask for autographs!

I buzz my hair off pretty regularly. I find keeping very short hair comfortable

if that’s a picture of you, then we need to be closer friends, no? :dark_sunglasses:

but yeah, I can’t buzz my hair off because I can’t afford to and I’d rather use my money elsewhere.

That looks really nice.
I will be buzzing it it off by myself, since I have a pair of clippers. I might use a clipper comb of #8 or one # less, but not cut down to the skin…(I might mess up with that…lol)

I will be doing it though that’s for sure.

If your goal is not to be noticed, I don’t think it will work. Girls with buzzed hair draw a lot of attention, just because it’s an unusual look. But if it will make you happy, go for it! I personally find the buzzed look to be very cool. I immediately want to talk to the girl and get to know her more. To me, it signifies boldness and bravery.

I just washed not
My hair right now. First in 3 weeks.
It gets too thin.

My hair is naturally thin too. I take Biotin and it helps a lot with that.

I once cut all my hair off my body except my head when I had a great psychotic break. When I was recovering from it! We have similar ideas. The bad news is a 50 year old man at the gym started hitting on me. I was young at the time and didn’t think it was going to seem homosexual to shave my legs arms pits, etc…

I shaved everything once for a costume contest on Halloween my freshman year of college. I dressed up as “Elvira, Mistress of the Dark”

Mr. Star shaves everything except his legs. It’s frequently a gay thing, but sometimes it’s just a personal preference.

look at @chew, getting all the attention  :dark_sunglasses:

I remembered I trimmed all my hair off, as well. It was back in the days when I thought that my physical appearance could attract people…

cutting of the hair around my jewels was not smart. it was summer and the hot sunlight was torture on them. :disappointed_relieved:

My good friend syd did that to, mr. barrett removed all of his hair, even his eyebrows.

He was mimicking them, i didn’t know it but so was i.

Hairless beings, pure energy in fact, no genitals, no cycles, probably able to communicate between minds, etc…

The only thing that i’m going to miss is my kick arse rockin beard! ■■■■ i’m gonna miss that goddamn beard!

I have shaved my head before (as a woman) and it was a very spiritual (for lack of a better term) experience, for sure, but I suppose that depends on what it means to you, personally. In this day and age, it’s not really a “shock factor” to most people, which was nice. It was able to be something very personal and symbolic for me without necessarily being an attention stunt of sorts, although I did get hit on by two different guys who thought it was hot, which admittedly surprised me.

Why do you not anyone to notice you Jackie? I buzz my hair twice most weeks. Going to the gents barbers and paying them to do it doesn’t make sense. I miss the banter though. Women with buzzed hair look cool in my opinion.
